These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our web pages located at https://motionfly.co/ operated by Motionfly.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may not use the Service, but please let us know by emailing at [email protected] so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use Service.
Motionfly provides unlimited video editing services on a subscription basis. Our Service includes video editing, motion graphics, color correction, sound editing, and other related video production services as specified in your subscription plan.
Our unlimited video editing service is provided on a subscription basis. While we offer unlimited revisions and video requests, we process them one at a time in a queue-based system. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date.
While we offer unlimited video editing requests, we maintain certain limitations to ensure quality service for all customers:

Upon full payment of the subscription fees, you retain all rights to your original content and receive full rights to the edited videos. You grant Motionfly a limited license to use your content for the purpose of providing our services. We reserve the right to use the edited videos in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
We deliver videos primarily in MP4 format. For motion graphics projects, we can provide After Effects source files (AEP) or MOV format with transparency upon request. We offer unlimited revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction, and each revision request should be clear and specific.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. You must provide accurate project requirements and respond to our queries in a timely manner to ensure efficient service delivery.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely via Dodo Payments, our third-party payment processor, acting as the Merchant of Record. All billing is subject to Dodo Payments terms, available at dodopayments.com/terms-of-use. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
While we strive for 100% service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for delays caused by technical issues, high request volume, or circumstances beyond our control.
Motionfly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes 30 days before they take effect.
